Daimler Chrysler N.A. Holdings sells $1.5 Billion in Notes

REUTERS | NEW YORK - - Daimler Chrysler N.A. Holdings, a unit of DaimlerChrysler AG (DCXGn.DE: Quote, Profile, Research) (DCX.N: Quote, Profile, Research), on Tuesday sold $1.5 billion in five-year notes, said a market source familiar with the sale. The 5.75 percent notes will mature on Sept. 8, 2011 and were priced to yield 1.13 percentage points over U.S. Treasuries. The joint lead managers on the sale were ABN Amro, Deutsche Bank Securities and RBS Greenwich Capital Markets.
