That thing got a HEMI?

If anything has made the Chrysler brand fun again, it’s the 5.7L HEMI engine originally introduced in the 2003 Dodge Ram. Since then, this wonderful and popular engine has found it’s way into several new models including the Magnum R/T,300C, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Durango. If you happen to have one of these vehicles and are looking to turn it into a horsepower monster, then you have to check out the line of supercharger kits from GS Motorsports.

GS Motorsports offers a line of supercharger kits based on the Paxton NOVI line of centrifugal superchargers. The Paxton name has been synonymous with automotive performance for nearly five decades. The original supercharger design was for the 1937 flat head Ford engine. Over 5,000 units were sold in the late 30s. Paxton Automotive currently has the widest variety of superchargers for Fords and works with companies like GS Motorsports to develop kits for many other vehicles.

In addition to the 5.7L HEMI, GS Motorsports offers kits for the 6.1L found in the SRT models. GS Motorsports made more than 500 rear wheel horsepower on the Chrysler SRT-8 300C (+150 rwhp increase!) and 389 rear wheel horsepower on the 5.7L Magnum (+123 rwhp).

Tell me about your HEMI!
