7.20.1945 B. W. Burtsell, Production Manager for the Packard Motor Car Company 1910-1916 and later an independent consulting engineer, dies in North Tonawanda, NY at age 63

7.20.1960 Racer Claudio Langes is born in Brescia, Italy

7.20.1968 Jo Siffert, driving a Lotus 49B, wins the British Grand Prix at Brands Hatch to record his first Grand Prix victory and the first by a Swiss driver since 1949
