Ron Misjak Jr. drove his Dodge Viper GTS Coupe, pictured, to a top speed of 206 miles per hour Saturday at the Texas Mile in Berclair. Misjak's run was the fastest of the day until it was topped by Canadian Carl Francis' run of 230.375 miles per hour on his 2001 Suzuki GSXR-1000 motorcycle. The Texas Mile continues today at 9 a.m. at the Goliad Industrial Airpark.

S SVS - Ron Misjak Jr. makes it into the 200 mph club at the Maxton Monster Mile. SVS secures 2 records in the A/BGSS class of 218.95 mph and the A/BGT class for 219.46 mph!
